Founded by CEO Mr. Chan Kwan Heng, who has 40 years of experience in ACMV applications, Instad provides pre-fabricated and pre-insulated air-conditioning ductwork systems, ensuring long-term, cost-effective and hassle-free solutions. At Instad, we go beyond offering reliability, and develop ACMV products that transform what is possible.
With a track record of successful projects, Instad Pre Fabrication is recognised across the industry for innovation, spearheading new ducting techniques and technologies with the use of energy-efficient solutions.
Focusing on being continuously innovative, Instad Pre Fabrication has successfully developed and implemented the Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) system to its projects. This is in line with the Singapore Government’s initiative and direction towards the industrialization of the construction industry by using less manpower through the application of Pre-Fabricated and Pre-Insulated (PFPI). As part of a globally respected network of ducting-related companies in Singapore, Instad Pre Fabrication has the support, resources and technical know-how to complete the most technically demanding projects.
